before going through the trouble of cleaning the throttle body. Try replacing your sparkplugs. I had the same problem. I'd be sitting at a stop light and everyonce in a while the idle would just drop to like 300 and then go right back up. After i got the new plugs i haven't noticed it do it at all. it wouldn't hurt to try...
