I've got a '99 Civic EX, and want to do an engine swap, but can't decide which route to go. I've been considering a B18c1 and the B20 CRV engine with a V-tec head. I'd also like to know what your budget is on this. If you want a swap and a turbo, be ready to shell out around $5k at least...
