This is part of the reason that it's technically illegal to put this engine in the car. Plus it's much harder to get it to work because of how different the OBD2 Civic wiring harnesses are from the OBD1 Civics and all Tegs. What you really need is some kind of OBD1 harness. Even a Civic OBD1 harness will work. These harnesses will only reach the strut towers though. I've never actually swapped an OBD1 Bseries motor into an OBD2 Civic so I don't know how the harness connects to the ECU. I wish I could help you further, but you're really in a pickle.
