honestly=probably not
the block probably wont last very long with the intended setup, the pre 98 h22a block is probably the most solid as far as balance goes, but the FRM doesnt like forged pistons so also keep that in mind. Sleeving is really necessary here...i know its more money, but in the long run its better.
