i think the h23 crank is gonna give you problems on the way to 7800.
it will probably work for a while, but u may spin a bearing
see what you can do about getting the crank cut/polished and balanced at a local machine shop, and of course you will need new bearings either way, especially if they need to cut it.

u will need the h22 oil jets
and oil control orifice to go between the head and block.

there are a few people around here who have done this

running 11.5/1 CR will mean 93 octane and that may not be enough on a hot day. you will also need some big cams to breathe 11.5 CR, but im sure crower stage 2 will cut it. make sure you change your piston rings and valve stem seals.
