Cars looking fine now, I used 15W50 oil in the tranny (Pennezoil) and 10W30 Valvoline in the engine, the car shifts great, the old oil that came out the tranny was real clean, no metal particles or anything, it smelt a little "old" though.
I flushed out all the brakes yesterday with new DOT3 fluid, I got some bubbles out the front brakes and the rest was just dirty.
When I bled the clutch I couldn't BELIEVE the cr@p that came out of it, it was just black sludge! But now the clutch is much more positive than it was before. I have been detailing the interior, washing and vac the carpets etc its come up great and I am really pleased with it now, best $3700 I ever spent!

One thing I am a little dissapointed with the Integra is the steering, it has too much power assistance for my liking, I really like un assisted "heavy" steering with as much feedback as possible, I am a bit spoiled as I own a Porsche boxster also. I plan on trying the PS removal hack, at first by removing the PS belt, and then if I like it I will remove all the hardware and make a T so the fluid gets re-cycled from side to side in the rack.

Apart from the steering I love the car, I used some premium gas mixed with techron to try and blow some of the cobwebs out of it as the previous owner drove it slow, so I think there is probably some carbon buildup in there, I also just heard that the new Shell gas has an additive to remove carbon etc and that it really works, so I plan on putting a few tanks worth through it and see how it goes.
