Yes. That is the stock cam gear for a '92 DX or d15b7. It also appears to be the same intake manifold as well. If you want some detailed pics of a complete 92-95 d15b7 to be sure, they're in my civic page in my sig. Should be plenty of pics in there on an engine stand, so you might be able to tell better than I can.
