Default What causes idle to drop?

My car has 200k Km. There's no modification's done to anything(not yet). It idles around, what looks like 800, or it could be between 700 and 800. But just today, I was parked in front of my friends house, with the engine running, and just sitting in the car chatting with my two friends in the car; while all of a sudden, the RPM needle drops below 700 just a bit and I can feel the car(the engine) chug a little.

Just that little thing ruined my whole night; I couldn't stop thinking about it, so I called the night off and went home. I'm letting my baby sleep tonight.

So what could have caused this? Could stalling the car have an effect(while learning to drive standard, I stalled well over 30 times. I never stall anymore though.) I need some answers. I just bought this car, I don't want it to die so soon. I love my baby :crying:
