I've read a few places that after you tell the current work place you are leaving and they offer you more money to stay, never take it. There will always be bad blood between you and the company, they will feel like you don't want to be there and will always be watching you closer or something.

It made sense when I read it... but 23+% makes sense too. I dunno. :dunno:
