In the end it either shines or it doesn't. It's whatever works for you.

But I must say I have used Meguiars Gold Class and well, it's just a cleaner wax with fancy packaging. I wouldn't be surprised if the new turtle wax was better--Megs GC is in major need of a redo.

(just to note: #16 contains no cleaners, it's a completely different formula, and it's really the only meguiars wax that I like. Their polishes are good--their consumer/non-professional products are lackluster, although I've heard good things about ColorX which is in a black bottle and can get it anywhere--it's a cleaner wax with a bit more cleaning ability--may want to try that before the turtle wax. )
