I would like to run 225/45-17 tires on my 2000 Prelude SH with 17x7.5" Kosei rims. Is this possible without rubbing?

Is this possible if lowered approximately .75 or 1.0 inches?

If not, then does 225/40-17 work any better while preserving rolling diameter?

Otherwise are 215's the widest tire I can use?
