My wife has 2000 gs stock. She wants "something with a little more kick"

Would it be possible to drop a gsr engine into an automatic gs(she has manual phobia)? I heard somewhere that there were automatic gsr's. Is it possible to come across these engines, and can the gs tranny support the gsr engine. Also what electonic stuff would I need?
