Yes there is. Start with a B18C1 or C5, use an "LS" B18A/B crank and rod set. Same as an LS/VTEC hybrid, except there are no external oil lines, but there are oil squirters and a stock crank girdle. I'd still recommend aftermarket or shot peened stock rods.
