There isn't a "best" oil for you to use. There are a lot of factors to consider, such as geographical location, oil change intervals, mileage on engine, driving style, etc.

If you're going to doing 3K mile OCI's then most oils out there will suffice. I'm using Chevron Supreme 10W-30 dino on my LS with fantastic results. My UOA(used oil analysis) showed good wear and additive #'s.
