in that case i suggest you pull a "wal-mart" where you buy it and return it. wal mart gives you 90 days to return something, so take your sweet ass time!
i did that with an XBOX earlier this summer. worked out just fine. when i went to return it the lady at the counter was like "boy you are sure gonna be glad to get your money back for this!"
