none, the brake dimensions are identical as are the calipers and the pads. [i'm almost positive]
however, since you already have bigger rotors and a 5 on 114.3" bolt pattern you could very easily use the legend Coupe calipers and rotors by just swapping them out for your stock setup.
the only honda calipers i'm aware of that have dual pistons are: NSX, 2004+ MDX, and 93-95 Legend Coupes and Legend
GS sedans. all should use the 28T bracket [or something compatible] which will work with the legend rotors.
