I would bet his MC is fine, although it sounds like his booster may have to go.

93civicsedan, you have the non-abs 15/16" MC right? (with both lines on the same side, i.e., you didn't have to do the bend/flare thing) If so, I'd pick up a booster from a 94+ non-abs integra RS and give it a try.
