i've heard that if you put a h22 head on a h23 block, it's not good for the life of the engine. Cause the redline for a h23 is lower then the h22. The h23 isn't suppose to rev as high as the h22. Same goes with the integra ls-vtec engine. If i were you, I would swap a h22 in there and start fresh again.
