Yeah, but I wouldn't bother with it with the CX motor. You'd need a new crank pulley (which would have different timing marks than a CX because the motors that use a 3-groove pulley have a different base timing) and all the brackets, a power steering rack, reservoir, cooler (optional), and maybe even new front hub assemblies... I'm not sure about the last one.
But the good news is that all the bolt holes are in the block, chassis, etc... so if the donor car is a D15 powered dx/lx, you'll have no trouble.
Try it first. You might like it. The power steering stuff is heavy. But if you do change your mind, at least someone with an Si that autocrosses, or a weight-conscious straigt-line racer will happily buy your manual rack if it's in good shape. You may be able to work a swap out with someone. I doubt they'll want any of your CX brakes or suspension parts.
