I mean...did it read exactly the amount of boost that you had set it to on your boost gauge? I don't know where people are getting their information about the cutouts, but think about the dynamics of one. It removes any restriction therefore allowing the turbo to spool freely. I don't know where creep would fall into the equasion. It actually spools EXTREMELY quickly. Watch the video, you can hear it.
