Should I swap or frankenstein???
Okay, right now my car has the origional H23 w/ intake, header, exhaust, cam gears, stage2 clutch, aluminum flywheel, crank pulley, and plug wires. If I swapped over to an H22 (due to high miles on the H23) would these parts all be transferrable? Also, I have another H23 from my last Prelude (r.i.p.) When I researched this last year, it seems like people said that the H22 head could be put on, but that it's not even worth the time or money. But since i've been looking at posts on it this year, people are just like (yeah, just throw the head on there & install the VTEC oil jets for the bottom of the pistons. Well, I definately have the time, and the extra H23 block. Is there a company that sells a gasket kit made for the conversion? Has anyone found a website that has a step by step of the conversion that I could look over? thanks!!
