my routine is very similar:
Day 1: Chest, triceps, 30 minutes cardio (eliptical)
Day 2: Biceps, Lats and back, 30 minutes cardio (eliptical)
Day 3: Calves, hams, quads, abs, shoulders, 30 minutes cardio (eliptical)
repeat
maybe i should just do cardio on day 4 :thinking:
