well the guy down the street from me has a 92-95 civic hb with an h22,runs 12's stock.you dont need to fab up a whole new engine bay.it just requires a lot or denting and grinding.it is legal,and should pass smog no problem just follow everything like it is in the prelude.i really want to do this too.im just waiting for a company to start putting out a mount kit on the market before i do anything.hell the h22's are cheap as hell and put out pretty good power.
