I've taken a look at the engine the other day and i think i might leave it standard for the time being, until i have to rebuild it. I'm planning to get as much HP as i can within a tight budget.

At the moment the removal of all the intake piping has had some increase. Not enough to brag about, although the induction noise has increase.. ALOT!

My main concern is now the PGM FI warning light keeps coming up. I've read that it could be the relay, but from my own observations i think it could be the oxygen sensor. The car has been fitted with a new fuel pump. maybe it was a dodgy install. Has the 1G integra been known to have a dodgy fuel pump?
