Just ignore that ED9 dude he's a total tool and definetely not an ethusiast. Anyone that comes on any board and says this car is crap because it's american or it has an old yet quite possibly has one of the MOST EFFICIENT and RELIABLE motors ever built that stands the test of time for 20+ years is a pos is not worth the bandwidth that he wasted to post his opinion. I'd kill to have a GTO and I drive a M3 which is questionably one of the best handling cars ever built.
