Use only HONDA fluid from a Honda dealer. $4 or so a quart. Honda knows what parts are in the tranny and what lubes work best. Valvoline make a "general" fluid that is "safe" for all cars. Safe means the fluid won't kill your tranny, it does not mean it will help it survive as long as possible. You can also add Lubegard in with your ATF. If you doubt any of this talk to a Honda tech.

By the way you can drain and fill your own fluid, it's pretty simple.
