Drain and re-fill: 3 to 4 quarts..
Transmission flush (using the machine): 10 to 13 quarts..
Also Honda Auto transmission does not have filter.
You just need to clean out the drain plug..

I tried off brand name ATF, Honda ATF, and Mobil 1 ATF.
I would recommand Honda ATF... Nothing else..

10 min oil change shop: $65 to $70 for the service..
Honda Dealer: $90 to $100..

Just pay extra $ and goto Honda Dealer to get serviced or
buy 10 to 13 quarts of Honda ATF and get it done at 10 min
oil change shop.

I don't have much to say about ATF, but I will say this.... go to Jiffy Lube only if you don't care about your car. I broke down and went there once. They managed to strip my drain plug hole(oil pan). If you can't find a good mechanic that you trust, go to Honda service. Its expensive, but they do it right.
