so you're saying the responsibility for education fall solely on the government? i find that extremely short sighted. what happened to the parent's responsibilities? as a parent i know that it is my responsibility first and foremost to provide everything for my child and to give him the education he deserves even if that means doing stuff other that walking my son to the bus every morning. personal responsibility as a parent means a lot more than budget cuts for education.
