the problem with this reasoning is that the "really dumb hicks" as you say are more proficient with their firearms than most poeple that aren't "really dumb hicks". most of the "hicks" that are "armed to the teeth" still rely on hunting seasons and a large freezer to feed their families through the winter. please think before you post.
