also contact patches are oval. so you can't say it's 3/4" wider contact patch. contact patch is just that the surface area of the tire that is on contact with the road.
The lateral section of the contact patch is wider, and the fore/aft measurement changes based on tire pressure, but the lateral section is where the Azeni's are huge compared to other tires of the same rated dimensions.
