There is NO DIY filter in the Auto transmission you have and in most Hondas, maybe all of them. Just drain and refill the 3 qts like everyone suggested.
I personally changed mine every few il changes whil I already had the car jacked up. Its easier than the oil change. Just loosen the ATF bolt under the car, drain out the fluid, then put the new fluid back in via the Tranny fill bolt on top of the car, or through the dipstick tube depending on your car model, and engine.
