It's called drifting, they're just not very good at it from what I see.

Steal a new car?! I'm guessing this was taken in Saudi Arabia or Qatar, two of the richest countries in the world. There isn't even a second thought to trash a few thousand dollar cars for kicks. Most of our stolen cars end up in countries w/o that kind of free cash, former Soviet Union, Carribean island nations, Central and South America, etc..
