That's not flushing. That's just draining & filling 2 or 3 times. And it's supposed to be better for your tranny, anyways...
Flushing is where 'they' hook up a 'machine' so it can pour fresh fluid in while draining old fluid out, WHILE it's running. Apparently Honda says that's not a good thing to do.
