Here's the rundown. 1991 CRX Si 1.6L with approx 149K miles. After I drive for about 10-15min, it seems to bog down even when I hit the gas and then the CEL comes on. Afterwards the car seems to run fine while the CEL is on. The next day the car seems to start when it wants to and sometimes doesn't start at all. When it does start it is the same routine and the CEL comes on with a code 10 after about 10 minutes of driving.

There may be multiple problems, but I am trying to solve the code 10. I change the O2 sensor after troubleshooting the old one with a Honda Service Manual. The old sensor was bad, but I am still having the same problem with the new sensor.
