fuel line Q
i had my car in for a tune up recently and they had some trouble removing the fuel line from the fuel filter. the fitting for the line from the tank to the filter had rusted itself in and wouldnt budge, even after soaking it in lube for a week. they recommended i hit a salvage yard and find a replacement line (they would most likely break it if they tried to remove it) but i had no luck. i ended up ordering a replacement line from a honda oem parts supplier. i was wondering if anyone has replaced this part before and if i should just take it back in to have it replaced professionally, or is it a simple install? either way i need to have the fuel filter replaced, so my 2nd Q is are aftermarket fuel filters any better than a filter i would get at a local tune up shop?
