You could probably find a set of used Skunk2 cam gears for around $100. I just bought myself a pair for $120. As far as the other brands, just stay away from the gears with only 3 bolts (i.e. AEM). If you go with STR, be sure to get the newer ones as the old ones only have 3 bolts. You might want to think about upgrading your valvetrain, or at least just the valve springs. There i've read a few articles where aftermarket cams cause excessive and premature wear on the valvetrain even when the company said no upgrade was required. i'm installing a set of Crower 403's within the next few weeks as well.
