I'd say do it! Assuming the car was fixed correctly, the only real downside to an R-title is resale value (or even finding a buyer willing to buy one). I'm still not really sure what exactly happened to your #2 Civic, but so far, resale hasn't really been an issue so far for you. A '95 Integra with 100k miles isn't really going to be worth that damn much in a year or two anyway if you do decide to sell it or trade it in.

I'd definately put it up on jackstands and give it a serious check for anything that could be a major issue but I'd probably go for it.
