Because alot of the civic stuff is cheaper, the civic is lighter, and has less amnemities that most people take out in the first place?
I like tegs, dont get me wrong, but civics have their advantages
P.S. I wouldnt do the trade, even if the teg had a perfect frame I think youd screw yourself over.
