You're already doing the catback exhaust and header; might as well drop in a high-flow cat while you're down there.
i gotta agree on the 9005 conversion, driving outside of well lit areas/cities sucks with out them... it made my car driveable after dark.
as for the understeer, i think i have a bigger oversteer problem, i have thrown my car sideways a couple of times
