Depends on what you mean by "been good with the preventative maintenance". If you do all the things that are normally done at the 90 and 120 maintenance marks then you're good. But if you just did spark plugs and oil changes then you should probably do *at least* the timing belt. The timing belt is normally replaced at 90k and if it breaks there is an extremely good chance that your pistons will hit your valves, thus damaging much of the engine internals, thus rendering it garbage. I've heard of some going out shortly after 90k but if yours lasted to 120+ long then I think you're very, very lucky. The timing belt costs about $55 and the water pump about $50 (www.ahmotor.com). Although the water pump really isn't necessary unless it's leaking, it requires that most of the same things be taken off as the timing belt and the coolant drained so you might as well do them both at once and save yourself trouble down the line.
