I was really hoping this would be one of those simple fixes like blowing it out with a blast of air. I did a search on getting to the evaporator and it looks like it is not too difficult, but time consuming for a senior citizen diy'er. I also noticed that this system was changed in the '03 model.

We have owned 8 Hondas in the last 27 years, and this is probably the most aggravating problem we have had.
