this is what i did.

-install the hardware
-XP then detected the card, and a dialog box came out of the taskbar, on the lower right.
-then that window that i attached pops up
-after i close the box, the window that allows me to search for a drivers pops up.
-i manually search for the driver on the cd-rom, and then the same window pops up.
