Thanks for everyone's response. I put the car on ramps and inspected the AC water line and did not notice anything, except no water coming out it. Then went back inside the car and jiggled the rubber like tube below the glove box. After several jiggles, I heard the water gushing outside the car onto the driveway. I was excited and hoped that is all I needed to do to fix this problem.
