Hey man congrats. I love the RSX, it's an awesome car. Probably the easiest to drive manual transmission car on the marketplace.
The part numbers may different, and while the RSX/7th gen Civic share the same platform, it may still not work quite right. You can always sell your used Eibachs from your Civic towards money on your new springs (whatever they may be).
Keep it clean.
Rims+drop+Apexi WS-2 exhaust and you're golden.
