Have you thought about changing the order of your build up to lowering, then wheels/tires, then kit? Just a thought. I think that your car would have more of a visual impact if you lower and then get the wheels and tires (which you could do sooner) rather than buying an unpainted kit then waiting a while before you get it painted.

Plus with this order, it gives you more time to think about if you really want a set of lips of a full blown kit. This would hold true once you start driving the car around with it's new lowered stance. You have to remember that you're lowering your car about 2". Add to that, when you get the buddy club kit, this would "lower" the car even more. I mean that the kit hangs lower than your typical OEM bumper. How you drive is going to dramatically change if you want to keep the kit intact.
