Well, presuming the fluid is indeed clutch fluid, then your master cylinder has probably sprung a leak, or perhaps the seal on the piston is wearing out. If the fluid is leaking directly from the master cylinder, your best bet is to replace the master cylinder outright, as a unit IMO.
