Default Stolen ECM??

Hello everyone.

Need some help. My girlfriend's 2000 Acura Integra (LS 1.8 3 door) was broken into yesterday. The thief pulled out a unit that is located on the wall near the passenger's feet, below the glove box. With some basic investigation, I think this is the ECM (or is it called the ECU?). When trying to start the car, it just struggles almost like a bad starter. It just tries to turn over, but can't. Anyway, I am looking for someone to confirm that this is what was stolen.

If this is the part I need, then does anyone know where I can get one for a reasonable price? Just to see, I already called a local dealership and sked for a replacement ECM to see what to expect and they quoted over $700. So, I am looking for info to be sure I order the right part, and then maybe get a tip on where to get one for less then the dealership's price.

Thanks for any help!
