Assuming you stick with the stock NGK PFR6G-13 platinums the Helms manual says they should be changed every 60k miles or 48 months, whichever comes first.

I would stick with those or if you want a cheaper option that you can tell yourself performs a *tad* better, you can get the NGK copper plug of the same heat range as stock. Off hand I couldn't tell you the part number though.
