Look for the condensate drain for your air duct. I don't have a '94, but somewhere above the passenger footwell is the AC air duct. It should have a hose coming off the bottom, going thru the firewall, so that water is supposed to drain on the ground.

See if the hose is disconnected or torn. If not, then go under the car, find that hose. Pinch it or work a stick or something (NOT sharp) into it because it might be clogged up with crud.

In the very worst case you might have to take apart the dashboard to get at the inside of the hose to clear it.
