The 4300 has higher resolution and probably takes slightly nicer pictures, but its movie mode doesn't have sound.

The A70/A75 has a better movie mode and a few other neat features the 4300 doesn't have, plus it's like 3 ounces lighter if that matters. Of those two ya might as well go with the A75 since it's about the same price, is a bit slimmed down and has that print-n-share dealie.

You'll also want to get a 256 mb memory card which can be had for like 30-40 bucks nowadays after rebates.
